How Do I Place An Order?
The parts displayed on this website are merely some parts we have available. We list some of our most popular parts and some parts and chemicals that are on special. We have a complete inventory at our disposal to ship to you. At this time we do not have an active catalog online for you to look up the parts that you need. (We are working on that) For your specific needs, go to the contact page and submit the part(s) that you need and all of the info about your automobile or you can simply send an email to john@jnmbiz.com. We will respond with pricing and shipping information and an invoice.
Payment and Shipping
We accept Paypal for payment and if you do not have a Paypal account they let you use your Credit or Debit card. Offline payment via check or money order can be arranged in certain circumstances.
Be advised that we charge NO additional shipping charges. Any costs incurred in shipping your item to you has been included in the price. Please keep that in mind when comparing prices with other sites if they add shipping on top of the sale price.
Returns & Refunds
Just like a traditional auto parts store there is no return on electrical items. Recycled items can be exchanged but not returned for refunds. Certain special order items are also not returnable. If an item you receive is incorrect due to our error we will make every effort to get you the right item. Most other items are eligble to be returned within 30 days for store credit. There are no cash refunds but store credit is issued without limit on time or useage.
