J and M Business Services is the dream and vision of Founder, John Baxley. But as in all great endeavors, it is done with a supporting cast.
John Baxley
Founder and Principal
John is Founder, Consultant, Project Manager and the owner of J and M Business Services of Wytheville, Virginia. He has over 40 years of experience working in the automotive industry. That long history started at an early age working at his father’s automotive repair shop. There is a long list of jobs and titles that have gained him his experience of the automotive aftermarket. A sample is listed below:

John has strived to extend his education studying at the following institutions:

John has participated in Business Valuations, Strategic Planning Sessions, on site observations, mystery shopper visits, computer system changeovers, business coaching, project management, and training and education.
John is married to his childhood sweetheart for nearly 30 years. They have 4 kids and 8 grandchildren. He is very active in local church and civic events. He is a huge sports fan and has always had an ear and talent for music.

From the beginning, John's partner in life has been a part of this growing company. She keeps track of everything and is in charge of pulling the reins.
Also, she brings with her over 20 years of experince in childcare and early childhood development. She has been certified and licensed and can bring any childcare facility up to code.
Jeb Baxley
Case Worker
Jeb brings youthful enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn. He is a gamer with an interest in all things multimedia. When he is not working he jams with his heavy metal band.
Alice Rhoads
Case Worker
Alice is a busy stay at home mom who home schools her 9 year old. She has a passion for knitting and you can buy her stuff at The Nerdy Knitter.
